The growing

We are a hydroponic greenhouse, which means our lettuce and herbs are fed with nutrient balanced water running in a tray under their roots. All lettuce and herbs are grown indoors year around.

In the store

Your lettuce and herbs are delivered to your local grocery store the week they are harvested. Always fresh.
